Can I register my supercar?

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets will be available via the Hoghton Tower Website.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are £9 per person, under 5’s are free of charge. Tickets on the day are subject to availability (no guarantee that there will be any tickets when you arrive) and will be charged at £12 per person. General admission tickets include parking in the Hoghton Tower allocated parking area.

Can I bring a dog?

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome on the tilting greens in front of Hoghton Tower. They must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs are not permitted within the walls of Hoghton Tower, including the courtyard through the entrance archway.

Is there blue badge parking available?

Blue badge parking is available; please show your badge on entry and you will be guided by marshals to the designated parking area. Note, Hoghton Tower is on an incline and not all areas are wheelchair accessible. The majority of the event is accessible via hard standing ground; however, due to the historic nature of the venue, there are limitations in terms of accessibility.

What time does it start and finish?

Supercar Showtime opens to the public at 10am and closes at 3pm

Will there be traffic?

Probably! We recommend allowing additional time for your journey to account for the additional traffic that will inevitably be in the local area due to the event.

Which charity does the event support?

Supercar Showtime is held to support Derian House children’s hospice. Derian House is based in Chorley and provides respite and palliative care for children across the region with life-limiting conditions. It also provides support to families of those children. The event also raises critical funds for Hoghton Tower Preservation Trust.

Who are the event organisers?

Supercar Showtime is organised by a team of unpaid volunteers. They take no financial gain from the event.

Can I leave my pet in the car?

No animals are permitted to be left alone in any vehicles for any amount of time

Can I bring a picnic?

Picnics are not permitted; food consumed on Hoghton Tower grounds should be purchased at the venue. There are lots of food and drinks traders, offering a wide variety of options.

How do I buy hospitality tickets?

Hospitality tickets are by advance purchase only, subject to availability, via the Supercar Showtime website.

I can no longer attend, can I have a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable (refer to T’s and C’s)

Can I sponsor the event?

There are sponsorship packages starting from £500, subject to availability. Enquire by emailing admin@supercarshowtime.co.uk

How do I get there?

Hoghton Tower postcode is PR5 0SH and is accessible by car with easy access from the M65. For local bus information, please visit the Lancashire County Council website.

Will the supercars be doing a driving display?

Supercar Showtime is strictly a static car event.

What if it rains?

Supercar Showtime is an outdoor event so we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather. There are some areas undercover to provide shelter from inclement weather; however, we recommend bringing coats and umbrellas as appropriate.

The auction catalogue will be available on the Supercar Showtime website in advance of the event. Some auction lots will be available for advance bidding.

Is the auction only available to people with hospitality tickets?

The auction catalogue will be available on the Supercar Showtime website in advance of the Event. Some lots will be available for advance bidding. The auction will take place in the hospitality marquee; however, subject to weather, we will endeavour to open it up to make the auction accessible to all.

Are there tours of Hoghton Tower available?

Hoghton Tower tours can be booked via the Hoghton Tower website and, subject to availability, booked on the day from the Hoghton Tower hut in the courtyard.
